Kiswahili Department focuses on the teaching learners on the kiswahili dialect among the learners.Kiswahili being the one of the major langiage in kenya,it aims at bringing forth learners who understand the dialect well.

Kiswahili language Reveals African Culture to our pupils.Through learning, they get to know and understand different customs, natures, and behaviors.I support the usage of Kiswahili as the language of instruction simply because it facilitates communication relatively more easily and connects with our people and environment. At the same time I support the effective teaching of English as a second language to make us really capable of using it.Swahili will definitely make it easier for one to build relationships and trust when working with people who speak Swahili, and it`s a bit more efficient than trying to learn many other different tribal languages of East and Central Africa
